Very well! Patrick assessed the area, and explained how he would replace the damaged drywall with green board. A moisture resistant board. He started by applying the "Premium Kilz" first on the stained areas, peeling away "bubbled" areas where the previous paint has separated from the drywall, replaced damaged boards and sprayed texture over the entire ceiling.
