Preventive maintenance is a schedule of planned maintenance actions aimed at the prevention of breakdowns and failures. The primary goal of our preventive maintenance program is to minimize, slow down or prevent the failure of the work we have worked that we have done for you. It is designed to preserve and enhance your home / property reliability by cleaning, repairing damaged wood or suggesting options to deal with failing coatings before they actually fail. Preventive maintenance activities include pressure washing. Your property needs pressure washing at least twice a year especially here in Florida. In addition, we can record or document (take note) of deterioration or suggest ideas on appropriate measures that need to be considered before actual failure that would cost thousands of dollars to fix down the road. The ideal preventive maintenance program actually would prolong the life span of coatings or sealants and we highly recommend it.

Understanding Preventive Maintenance
There are multiple misconceptions about preventive maintenance. One such misconception is that PM is unduly costly. This logic dictates that it would cost more for regularly scheduled downtime and maintenance than it would normally cost to fix an already weathered or damaged property and that is NOT true. One should compare not only the costs of periodic repairs and maintenance but the long-term benefits and savings associated with preventive maintenance. Without preventive maintenance, for example, a higher cost to estimate a complete repaint of a home will be incurred. Preventive maintenance normally result in savings in the long run.

Pressure Washing

We use high-pressure mechanical sprayer to remove loose paint, mold, grime, dust, mud, and dirt from surfaces such stucco, metal, wood, equipment, concrete or brick. This technique is also used prior to painting, sealants or coating applications.
